SOUTH PACIFIC CAMPAIGN 1942-3

This campaign is a naval campaign set in the South Pacific during World War Two. Player characters will be naval commanders utilizing ships that were in the Pacific during the time period given below. Victory points will be based on tonnage sunk (Planes shot down)or awarded by completing objectives).

BACKGROUND:

Battles will be fought in the South Pacific Theater with ships available in that theater:

Starting with  Battle of the Coral Sea, fought from 4 to 8 May 1942

To November 1943

The Battle of Cape St. George was a navel battle fought on 25 November 1943. It was the last engagement of surface ships in the South Pacific in World War Two.

Victory Points:

250 tons sunk: 1 Victory Point

Fighters/Dive and Torpedo Bombers Shot Down :1 Victory Point

Level Bombers Shot Down : 2 Victory Point
