Mid Night Patrol south of AS Sukhnah
Lt Dariq's platoon is doing a night patrol south of As Sukhnah, keeping the town safe from the ISIL troops still active in the low mountains south of the town.
Accompanying the platoon is a Damascus NEWS truck trying to find positive footage of the Syrian Arab Army doing its job as the Corona Virus is beginning
to sew even more choas than there already is in the Middle East.
Suddenly the platoon is attacked from the south. The Platoon is engaged in a fierce fire fire that lasts nearly 30 minutes. Lt Dariq's platoon recovers 3 bodies
one of which is wrapped in the ISIL black flag. The Damascus NEWS truck gets ALL of the combat footage and it makes Lt Dariq's platoon look
positively EPIC.
For the next three weeks Lt Dariq is the toast of Damascus. Some (AS in many) quietly say he should run for Prime minister.....
