Premise
August 2024
Since China has recognized the State of Palestine since 1988, Xi sees a way to raise the PRC's standing in
the world by ending Israel's current October war.
XI decides to offer the PLO help cleaning up the Israeli encampments (settlements) on the west bank of the River Jordon.
Erdogan of Turkey has already offered to help, all they need now is permissions from Syria, Jordan and Saudi Arabia (Countries that have been waiting 6 decades for this mess to be resolved) for transit.
All Chinese troops would remain in the state of Palestine. Israel proper would not be attack in any form.
The last assumption is that the USA is not willing to trade 300million of its citizens in a nuclear war
for Israel's illegal settlements in Palestine.
As of January 2023, there are 144 Israeli settlements in the West Bank, including 12 in East Jerusalem. In addition, there are over 100 Israeli illegal outposts in the West Bank. In total, over 450,000 Israeli settlers live in the West Bank excluding East Jerusalem, with an additional 220,000 Jewish settlers residing in East Jerusalem.

PLAN and its troops would first arrive in Gwardar Pakistan to refuel then to Ad Dammam Saudi Arabia (with Saudi consent to end the October war). From there they will disembark and send their Planes to Syria (to share an air base with the Russians) and their PLA and PLAM troops will move over land through Jordan (Also with permission) to cross the River Jordan just southeast of Jerico. Turkish troops (Armor Brigade; 5000 troops) coming down through Syria, and Jordon (Also with permission) will join them.
