SCROLL THREE

Boedromion (September to October)

Scene One: Night Naval Battle off Crete

500 Greek Triremes versus 10 Atlantean Bronze War Galleys’. Numbers are deceiving and Greeks don’t make the same mistake the Egyptians did; thinking their over whelming numbers ensures victory. The Greek attack at night and with surprise. For every Atlantean Warship sank, the Greeks lose 5, but it’s enough.

Scene Two: Boarding Action

The groups Trireme is set onfire closing on the Lead Atlantean Warship by the Atlantean “SUN  Water” but unlike the preivous 4 ships, theirs successufully rams their target.  The Group adamondon Demetreoius’s sinking inferno of a Trireme and follow Sly and his Spartans in their fight onto the Atlantean ship. The Atlanteans fight to the death. They capture the sinking warship only long enough to save the slaves chained to their “Ellipticals” below decks before the ship sinks. The group and the freed slaves are picked up by a passing Greek Trireme.

Scene Three: Akrotiri Thera

The Minoan Island of Thera is the group’s next stop. There in the city of Akrotiri they await news of the battles raging on Crete.
