Opening Scene: The deck of the MS Don Isidro
After leaving Australia December 26th, the Pilipino Blockade Runner, MS Don Isidro arrives in Manila with 4000 tons of supplies and a Team of 8 Allied Intelligence agents with a mission to save one of their own with crucial information about the Imperial Japanese war effort.
Their Mission:
Cover Mission: Team was sent to Manila to find an OSS agent with information on Japan AXIS coordination plans. Pickup was scheduled for Dec 14th but the Japanese invasion that landed in Luzon December 10th changed all that. The Philippine’s Packet Liner Turned Blockade Runner MS Don Isidro was able to get the team to Manila in a last chance bit to find him.
Delta Green Mission: The OSS agent is also a Delta Green informant with critical information on Japan’s occult organization. The agent maybe suffering a mental break down due to the information received.
Although OSS agent Barabara Barga, who's cover is that of a New York Times Reporter has recently seen some of the Cthulhu Mythos in Europe, she has not been informed of the true nature of the mission.
Playboy Lieutenant (O-3) L. Ron Hubbard with USN Intelligence has no awareness of what the real mission is, and the Brass at HQ believes it maybe best if he stays that way. Once in the field the decision to inform the two non Delta Green members of what is really going on is up to their discretion, but highly unadvised.
Scene One: Port Manila Docks
Thursday, January 1st 1942
Local Time: 8am Manila
A convoy of ten US Army trucks, four jeeps and two US Army 1940 staff cars are waiting to start unloading the MS Don Isidro to take its 4,000 tons of cargo to the train station. about 20 Limousines are parked there with wealthy families waiting to board the ship. US and Philippine Army guards man rope barriers keeping as many as a thousand people waiting to try to board the ship. Two Officers, both Lieutenants, one American Army, one Philippine finish supervising the ramp being deployed to the side of the ship and await the Captain to walk down and talk with them on the Docks while the stevedores and the ship's crew start unloading the ship.

G go the the Bank of the Philipine Islands looking for bribe cash.
nFind the Local Yakuza. The bank was empty, The Yakuza HQ was empty too, except for an old woman that told them to leave. Next they went to the Manila Hotel, Found Wang, except he turned out to be an "Infiltrator of N". He exploded all overt Wang's hotel sitting room in his suit.

Scene Two: Manila Hotel
Thursday, January 1st 1942
Local Time: 10 am Manila
Clues in Wang’s room
Wang’s bedroom is a mess, as if someone has thoroughly been searching it.
Close to 100 sheets of paper with Korean write on them are flung around the room.
20 minute search reveals:
Paper with English on it. A telegraph sheet from Dec.14, 41.
Code sheets: Wang was trying to write a telegraph in English.
It seems to be gibberish.
Barabara Barga New York Times Reporter (OSS Agent) recognizes the code immediately, decodes it in 20 minutes sitting at a desk .
“They’ve poisoned me! I know how to make an antidote.”

Scene Three: Aquairium
Thursday, January 1st 1942
Local Time: 11 am Manila
They decide to do the first location together. They go to the store room behind
the aquirium the dopleganger of Wang was trying to take thm to before he blew up. They go there, and of course, its a trap.

Scenes:
1. Barabara Barga and Lt Hubbard are sent out as a two person team and are captured by cultists.
2. Nippon Brothel Part 1: Yaun Ti Ambush
3. Dr. Ji Jin Jong: Chats up the “Bloated Lady”. She wants her Egyptian Boat, Snake Staff and Yellow Crystal back. She is willing to trade. Barga, Hubbard and Wang, for them.
4. “34” Escolta: There is a Brothel upstairs that is now empty except for one woman, Julia. She has a key with the number 19 and a crest on it.
The crest is the University of Manila, team members that have been there recently need a Perception DC of 10. 48 if not. The key is to a large lock book in the Bursar’s office in the University of Manila.
5. University of Manila Library: The head librarian remembers Mr. Wang. He can look up the last book checked out and returned just a few days ago. “The Occult of Luzon” is found in the back stacks. The book is there and has a piece of paper, possibly used as a book mark in it. The paper has the writing on the back: 34 Jillian.
6. University of Manila Bursar: Large Lock Box #19: the key for Julia opens this lock box which contains Mr. Wang’s diplomatic bag containing copies of Operation Orient for the joint AXIS invasion of India and Persia in the spring of 1942, Operation Barbarossa, the Joint Axis invasion of the Soviet Union in 1944. There is also papers on Unit 731 and the “Dark Ocean” society.

As the Pilipino blockade runner MS Don Isidro pulls out of Manila harbor it is attacked strange air craft.

The SS Don Isidro makes it back to Australia with the intelligence gathered
from OSS informant Wang (who unfortunately died in Manila).

Scene Two: January 11th 1942, Fremantle, Australia. The MS Don Isidro prepares for yet another
Blockade run to Manila Bay, this time to Corregidor.
The Team is loaded onto the XPBS-1 to be flown to Panama by of Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.
