Allied Leadership in both Britain and France have reportedly been plagued with strange supernatural dreams of late involving Paris.

Strange reports of activity by the French Communists and fascist’s parties uniting under the guidance of Soviet Institute 21, NAZI German Ahnenerbe and the "BLACK SUN" operatives, have the leaders of "Delta Green” worried. With the “Phony War" going "REAL" in Norway, the leadership believes that the statement is about to be broken. The questions are; How and When? AND is this related to all these strange dreams?

The immediate transfer of the TEAM from their convalescence in London after their mission in Norway is unfortunate but unavoidable.

The Mission:

Contact the French Deuxième Bureau Chat Noir Division (Bureau #2 Black Cat Division) of the Foreign Ministry and get updated about what is happening in Paris.

You’re Cover: You are members of the various organizations, Government and Private working on an academic project at the Miskatonic University in Southern Massachusetts.

You’re Objectives:       

1. Work with the French Bureau #2 Chat Noir Division and see if you can improve our working coordination with our French Allies in fighting the enemy occultists.

2. Identify all foreign agents in Paris operating for the Soviet Institute 21, the NAZI German Ahnenerbe and the "BLACK SUN"..

3. Find out if this has anything to do with all these strange dreams the Allied leadership is having about Paris .

Alec Avery's team arrived in Paris by airplane from London and settled into rooms arranged for them by MI6/Delta Green at the Hotel RITZ in the center of the old city of Paris. Their French Contact should contact them shortly.

Operational Log: 12:00 LT Wednesday, April 30th 1940

Alec Avery's team are now wanted by the French Authorities for exploding a bomb in the Opera National Saturday night.

They are no closer to finding out who or what has been kidnapping people the last month. All they know is that it is not the NAZI's or their BLACK SUNs, but some other supernatural force preying on the war anxious population of Paris.

 The only good news the group has to report is that they recovered the Missing Tabitha Wright along with the 3rd Volume of the Book of Shadows. Luckily Nathan Chance flew out with the volume to London before the team blew up the Opera house.

Alec Avery's team IS currently hiding in Lt Col Jean-Francois Mercier's (The French Spy they meet in Warsaw) suite apartments. They have until tomorrow night (May Eve) to figure out what is going on.
