The Squad from Escape Pod #2

Find a nearly defunct transit computer system.

From it the Squad learns the following.

The Snalarians had a thriving Tech 7 (Interstellar) society up until the arrival of the Kett 83 Standard MWG years ago. The planet had a Stable population of 8 billion and was mostly peaceful, even with the planet's highly dangerous fauna. The Snaliarians were pretty successful in keeping the eco systems of their planet intact.

The Kett conquered the planet in less than a year and within weeks this city was emptied.

There is a large abandoned City/industrial complex to the south.

There are two more smaller residential cities (probably empty too) nearby

There are 3 large historical sites on the planet, one is only a few hours away be tram.

The Squad decides to get some rest then use a re-activated maintenance car to travel to the historical site.

October 8th 2823

 Squad from Escape Pod #2 gets close to the Historical site, but has to abandon their Maintenance tube car when they are attack by two "Bullets" or giant burrowing beetles.

At twilight, the Squad reaches the crashed Escape Pod #3 and find only blood but no bodies. They press on and reach the Historical site, which is now over run with Jungle.

The historical site is a Monolith very similar to the ones in Healeus, except these are not active.

While they are preparing to camp, a stealth ship is detected flying over and ejecting 4 pods out.

October 9th 2823

In the Mid of the Night cycle, their camp a snailarian refuge wonders into

 their camp. The Refuge  is a distraction and is quickly killed as the camp is attacked by a Kett Yaunt'ja hunting Squad. 

In the ensuing fight, the Squad loses Zaport Loui (Salarian). The squad does succeed in capturing 3 of the 4 Yaunt'ja by using spare Status packs. the last Yaunt'ja fades into the jungle.

   The Squad buries both the 3 Yaunt'ja "Status Statues" and the Dead Salarian. Wary of the 4th Yaunt'ja Hunter, the Squad leaves at 1st light in search of another transit tunnel.

They find one and find Edessan Tandros, a Turian Commando from Escape Pod#3.

October 10th 2823

The Squad while repairing a Tube pod find some data from the Dead Snailarian "Control Collar" it was wearing. There is some kind of large complex currently being used by teh Kett on the Southern Continent.

October 11th 2823

The Squad travel in a transit tunnel under the central ocean to a surface

 tunnel that is fairly close to the Kett complex, a Hugh Mesa on the

 extremely hit desert of the southern continent. As they look out at the

 Mesa they detect there is something large, actually very large moving

 through the sand around the Mesa, so they decide to take a break till the

 next day to decide on a strategy...
