Chapter 10
Opening Scene: June 19th 2820: NEXUS
The team completes projects and reviews Fleet Locations.
The Situation on the NEXUS is good, The supplies for the Kadra convoy was enough not only to finish the first production run, But to complete the other 12 Star Ship Yards. The NEXUS now has 24. BUT they will need more materials to start the next production run, AND the NEXUS, and the other colonies are now running sort on Water. Many are down to about a 30 day supply.
Anjik Do Xeel, Leader of the Angaran on Voeld reports the Kett are now kidnapping as many as 6,000 Angaran a day on the far side of the Planet. Ship production is still on but grounded due to the Kett Battle fleet in orbit. The Kett seem more interested in raiding the smaller Daars(Towns) than bombing the planet’s bigger fortress like cities, but if the if the rate of the raids continues that may soon change. Most of the Ai colony under Captain Pyria Blake have returned to Taerve Uni to continue the harvest and stocking of the landing area with Ice blocks so they will be ready for quick loading when the blockade is lifted. All the ships are still in the Techniix Daar’s bunker like hanger for safe keeping.
They decide the next Objective: Investigate Inalaara System. Both leads on where Telem was going from Pathfinder Rix and the main computer in the ALIEN BASE point to that system.
Scene One: June 24th 2820: INALAARA
5 days later the Blood talon enters the Inalaara system in search of the Reegaar.
Ryder had surveyed this system in 2819 for his team mate PB. A large Remnant complex was on the 1st planet, but it is now inaccessible due to a massive volcanic event that raised actually raised the planet’s ave temperature by 20 degrees C. (Ave 39 before to 59 C after)
The Vanker the Turian Pathfinder, Avitus Rix’s SR3 is already there. It’s in orbit around the 5th Planet “Tobornoor” as the Angaran named it centuries ago.
Rix had been looking for clues at an abandoned Kett base on a Glacier there but had nothing.
Rix does have something important to report however; an amazing discovery: The 3rd Planet in the system, Novolori has Dextro-Amino acid based life forms. It would be perfect for colonization by the Turians and the Quarians.
One last thing though; Rix’s suggests caution, there must be some sort of active Vault on the planet because he has been able to detect a faint but definitely artificial scan from the surface at random intervals.
Scene Two:
One short FTL jump later and the Blood Talon is in the orbit of Novolori.
NOVOLORI is a LARGE planet. Its radius is 18,095km, which compared to the planet Earth’s 6,371km. Earth has a surface area of about 510 million km2 while Novolori’s is 4,115 million km2, that’s about 8 times the surface area of Earth. A Planet with Earth’s Density that size should have a Gravity of roughly 3Gs, But Novolori’s is only 0.7G. Hydrographic percentage is roughly 50%, which taken as a whole makes the planet on the dry side, But considering it’s overall size, it has 5 times the amount of surface water as Earth. Atmosphere is a breathable Oxygen Nitrogen mix at 0.95 standard pressure.
DC40 to detect when in orbit DC 45 to trace (Same Coordinates as the ones in the Alien Base at the South Pole.)
About 2 hours later the team is on the Ice flow at the coordinates of the signal and location given in the ALIEN BASE Computer. Upon landing all communication save QTC is jammed.
Scene Three:
Captain Voitan, Dr. Ecurb, The Asari Commando head of the Blood Talon APEX and Ecurb’s assistant E-Goravitch
Dropped through the Ice and had a meeting with the Head of the Remnant in the Heleus cluster. Also there was Telem, the traitor Pathfinder and 2nd Legion.
Telem tried to blow the base up with a jury rigged Nuke made from a captured reactor core from a Kett Drop ship. The Remnant showed him out.
Legion offered help to the Heleus Alliance. He left the service of the Blood Talon two months ago to chase down a lead that Cerberus had made of copy of Commander Shepard, Delta Shepard here in Heleus. They did, BUT Human clone copies can be “Flawed” compared to Geth copies, and Legion deduced that the copy;Delta Shepard here in Heleus was critically defected to the point of being dangerous.
The team returned to the Blood Talon several hours later.
They leave for the NEXUS on June 25th and arrive there on July 1st.
Scene Four:
Captain Voitan, Commander of the Heleus Alliance Fleet,with the newly completed ships and the Vask, Vayrgar, and Geth ships arived to help decided it would be better to attack sooner than later. He launces the Fleet to Liberate Voeld in the Nol system

The Alliance Fleet arrives in Nol system on July 4th 2820, now They must decide what to do next…
