9TH DAY OF THE 7TH MONTH OF CY 579

THE KEOLAND TOWN OF SEATON WAS ASSAULTED

 LAST NIGHT BY AN ARMY OF

SAHUAGIN

I, captain De'Catmor and my crew were not only able to defend the GSS GREY ENFORCER

We also aided the towns garrison repeal the invaders but at great cost. Over 100 dead and another 100 missing. A THIRD of the KEOLAND southern fleet was burned at their moorings. Luckily must of the fleet was out on convoy escort duty. The Dukes plan to attack the the Hold of the Sea Princes

Is now firmly on hold until this new menace can be stopped.

Team of adventurers hired by the Mayor of Grey Hawk to retrieve the artifact are going to

be tasked with helping destroy this new "Deep Enemy". Maybe they are the ones

With the stolen object? We will see.....

I will be  following their progress with my "Mariners All Seeing Glass"

Treasure Gained so far:

Minus for expenses so far they have 2644 gps left each

Plus 12000gp from the "Salvage Operation" (Yet to be divided up)

Plus the Treasure from the Abbey (Yet to be divided up)

The team with receive an additional 500gp once they make their report on Abbey Island

to the Saltmarsh town council.

Upon returning to port in the afternoon following their adventures on Abbey Island

 LEO (Who is now an honorary member of the town council) is summoned for an

Emergency Town Meeting!

The Town and Naval Base of Seaton was attacked last night! Hundreds dead and

hundreds more missing!

The Town Council wants the crew of the Dawn Breaker to take action!
